Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited.
Advance ticket sales end the day before the event begins. Weekend wristbands are valid for the full duration of the event. Wristbands will not be reissued. Lost wristbands must be repurchased.
Commercial photography, video, or audio recording is prohibited without an approved media permit.
By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event without compensation. Such images become the property of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, its assigns, or successors, with full rights to use, reproduce, and distribute them free of any claim by attendees.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with these terms and conditions. In the event of a cancellation with no rescheduled date, ticket refunds will be issued; however, additional ticketing fees (including processing or shipping fees) may not be refunded.
